Delivery addresses should be made to a business address as deliveries take place between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we are not responsible for goods once they leave our factory or affiliates factories. If this is a concern to you then you should take out your own insurance cover for these events or order insurance with us when placing your order. To obtain insurance please contact us and we will organise a quote for you.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Delivery of the Goods shall take place when the Contracting Party takes possession of the Goods at the Contracting Party’s nominated address by AM-PM Communications s or AM-PM Communications s nominated carrier or designated Third Party, such as Australia Post.

The Contracting Party shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. If the Contracting Party is unable to take delivery of the Goods as arranged then AM-PM Communications shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery.

AM-PM Communications shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever due to failure by AM-PM Communications to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly or at all, where due to circumstances beyond the control of AM-PM Communications .

Any Goods despatched interstate are subject to external influences and AM-PM Communications will not be responsible for any freight-related delays.
